Conductive polymers for 3D printing

Retain polymer properties, but make it conductive.

Our polymer solutions

Filaments

> Graphene-enhanced polymers with less than 100 ohm.cm resistivity for fused filament fabrication (FFF/FDM)
> Enhanced printability on first-generation results
> Retaining the mechanical properties and processibility of the neat polymer

Powders

> Conductive polyamide (PA) powder treated with graphene for selective laser sintering (SLS)
> Ensures uniform distribution of graphene and improves powder flowability
> Novel manufacturing technique

AROS FFF™

By replacing high-conductive carbon black with graphene, one can achieve higher conductivity whilst retaining the mechanical properties and processibility of the base polymer. Graphmatech’s thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), PETG, and PVDF conductive formulations are all suitable for FFF/FDM 3D printing.

AROS SLS™

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is emerging for industrial use. By utilizing Graphmatech’s novel manufacturing process, it is now possible to purchase graphene-enhanced SLS powder with added electrical conductivity, improved flowability and excellent processibility.
