Successful real-world applications

Add:Norths Koltron G1

Koltron G1 is a highly electrically and thermally conductive graphene-filled filament that is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, UV light, and has a high continuous working temperature with the highest flame retardant grade. Koltron G1 has a wide range of applications, including shielding against EMI/RFI (electromagnetic and radio wave interference), capacitive sensors, wearable electronics, and even cooling of electronics. The material is compatible with almost every printer, which is a significant advantage of the Koltron G1.  The incorporation of our unique AROS Graphene also gives the printed parts excellent self-lubricating properties. A large part of the development focused on making the material processable in all FDM 3D printers. This has been achieved, making the Koltron G1 versatile not only in its wide potential applications, but also in its widespread availability.

Aside from its excellent conductivity (2.0 Ohm-cm volume resistivity), as shown in the technical data sheet, the material has also performed well in thermal conductivity (0.5W/Km) and shielding efficiency (22dB) measurements.

The Koltron G1 is available now through the Add North webshop.

Ready to use SLS powders

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is emerging for industrial use. By utilizing Graphmatech’s novel manufacturing process, it is now possible to purchase graphene-enhanced SLS powder with added electrical conductivity, improved flowability and excellent processibility.
