Why Aros PETG ESD?

Fastest-Printing PETG ESD on the Market

Unlike conventional carbon-heavy ESD filaments, Aros PETG ESD uses low filler loading enabled by AROS graphene technology.

This allows:

  • 150 mm/s recommended speed at 0.2 mm layer height
  • Up to 250 mm/s maximum printing speed
  • 25 mm³/s volumetric flow
  • Stable extrusion at high throughput

Most ESD PETG materials are limited by poor flow and clogging.
Aros is designed for production speed.

Reliable ESD Performance

Typical printed part properties:

  • Surface resistance: 10³–10⁷ Ω
  • Surface resistivity: 10⁴–10⁸ Ω/sq.
  • Tested according to ANSI/ESD STM11.11

Suitable for use in ESD-controlled environments (EPA).

Electrical properties may increase with higher processing temperature.

Engineered for Printability

Aros PETG ESD is optimized for real-world manufacturing:

  • No stringing
  • No clogging
  • Excellent overhang performance
  • No abrasive wear on nozzles
  • Compatible with standard brass nozzles

Low filler content reduces brittleness and improves layer adhesion compared to heavily carbon-filled alternatives.

Typical Applications: Electronic housings and enclosures, PCB handling fixtures, Assembly jigs and production tooling, ESD safety equipment, Powder handling equipment, Robotics and automation component.

Printing parameters

  • Nozzle temperature: 255–275 °C
  • Bed temperature: 60 °C
  • Recommended speed: 150 mm/s
  • Maximum speed: 250 mm/s
  • Maximum volumetric flow: 25 mm³/s
  • Cooling: 0–30 %
  • May need drying if exposed to humid eniorments

We recommended doing a flow calibration. Generic PETG settings are usually low at 0.95-0.97. Aros PETG ESD requires a value close to 1.0 or may suffer low mechanical performance.
